Amalgamation of Perficable and Mecalbe

On 15/10/2015, the takeover amalgamation of PERFICABLE, S.A.U. (absorbing entity) and MECALBE, S.A.U. (entity being acquired) was made official. The latter has been dissolved and all its assets, rights and obligations are transferred to Perficable, S.A.
Additionally, the absorbing entity, Perficable, S.A.U, has changed its name to METAL ENGINEERING KNOWLEDGE-MECALBE, S.A.U., whilst maintaining its current Spanish fiscal identification code (A95048914).

The amalgamation will be reflected in accounting as of 01/01/2016 pursuant to valuation standard 19 – business combinations in the SECOND PART (RECOGNITION AND MEASUREMENT STANDARDS) of the Spanish National Chart of Accounts. 
Please be informed, therefore, of the subrogation of Perficable, S.A. from 01/01/2016 onwards with regards the contracts and agreements which Mecalbe, S.A. has with you. In connection with the above, we wish to inform you of our intention to keep up contracts and agreements under the same conditions as those initially established with Mecalbe, S.A.
